Storage Tips for Kratom Samples

As our kratom samples are dried powders they have a long shelf life. We keep only a small amount on hand and manufacture in batches, so your powders are not sat around in a warehouse for a while and instead are fresh and potent when they get to you.

We send out your sample powders in pouches lined with mylar foil. This stops UV rays from getting into the powder and changing the taste. Once the powders are with you, you need to be aware that oxygen can break down alkaloids in the kratom which means it could have a bad taste and will lose its best properties. To combat this, store your sample powders in airtight containers. If you have opaque tubs, you can use then this will help block a lot of light hitting the powder or you could keep them in the pouches within the container. Moisture could lead to clumping which will ruin your powders so make sure to keep your airtight containers in a dry, cool place.

**The specifics of how "Free Shipping" works is as follows: Orders under $100 will incur a $7 shipping fee. Orders over $100 (without a discount used) will receive free shipping. Orders over $100 to $199.99 WITH a discount code used will incur a $10 shipping fee. Orders over $200, regardless of discount, will always receive free shipping.
If your order is large, then we may opt to ship it via FedEx, as they handle larger shipments better than USPS and it is generally cheaper.
When you reach the checkout, you will see a "free shipping" option if your order qualifies for free shipping.

- All kratom shipments are coming from Pasco County, Florida.

- We do not guarantee orders to ship over the weekend. If you place an order on a Friday AFTER 2:00 PM Eastern time, it is not scheduled to ship until Monday (or next business day) of the following week. If you place it BEFORE 2:00 PM Eastern, the order will be shipped the same-day. If you place an overnight FedEx order on Friday BEFORE 2 PM Eastern time, we may be able to have it delivered to you on Saturday depending on your location. Not all locations offer overnight Saturday delivery, as there is an extra fee associated with this and simply depends on how FedEx operates in your area. Otherwise, any order placed AFTER 2 PM Eastern Time on a Friday will ship Monday (or the following business day if Monday happens to be a federal holiday). FedEx does not always close on federal holidays, but USPS is always closed on any day that the banks are closed.

- As stated above, all kratom orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail if they are ABOVE $100. Orders under $100 will be shipped via USPS with tracking included, but will be determined based on the weight of the order.

- DO YOU LIVE IN AN ILLEGAL STATE? - Contact your Attorney General for the specific state that you live in, as each state that claims kratom is "banned" needs to hear from its people! Tennessee's Attorney General made a statement saying that kratom in its RAW, PLANT FORM is LEGAL; due to that, we now ship to Tennessee without any issues - we'd love to be able to ship to you next!
