- All wholesale kratom shipments are coming from Pasco County, Florida.

- We do not guarantee orders to ship over the weekend. If you place an order on a Friday AFTER 2:00 PM Eastern time, it is not scheduled to ship until Monday (or next business day) of the following week. If you place it BEFORE 2:00 PM Eastern, the order will be shipped the same-day. If you place an overnight FedEx order on Friday BEFORE 2 PM Eastern time, we may be able to have it delivered to you on Saturday depending on your location. Not all locations offer overnight Saturday delivery, as there is an extra fee associated with this and simply depends on how FedEx operates in your area. Otherwise, any order placed AFTER 2 PM Eastern Time on a Friday will ship Monday (or the following business day if Monday happens to be a federal holiday). FedEx does not always close on federal holidays, but USPS is always closed on any day that the banks are closed.

- As stated above, all wholesale kratom orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail if they are ABOVE $100. Orders under $100 will be shipped via USPS with tracking included, but will be determined based on the weight of the order.

On the positive side, our policy is pretty simple: If you receive your 1kg kratom powder and it does not meet your expectations, please get in contact with us. A full refund can be provided for the amount of the kratom that is still tangible. Example: Returning the package unopened will allow you to receive a full refund/exchange of your wholesale kratom order. In contrast, returning 50% of the powder will allow you a 50% exchange/refund.
