Every bulk kratom or wholesale kratom shipment will be eligible for Free Shipping*. All strains are eligible - including White Maeng-Da!

**The specifics of how "Free Shipping" works is as follows: Orders under $100 will incur a $7 shipping fee. Orders over $100 (without a discount used) will receive free shipping. Orders over $100 to $199.99 WITH a discount code used will incur a $10 shipping fee. Orders over $200, regardless of discount, will always receive free shipping.
If your order is large, then we may opt to ship it via FedEx, as they handle larger shipments better than USPS and it is generally cheaper.
When you reach the checkout, you will see a "free shipping" option if your order qualifies for free shipping.
We do not ship anything without tracking included.
When your order ships, you will receive the tracking information to the email provided during checkout

- All wholesale kratom shipments are coming from Pasco County, Florida.

- We do not guarantee orders to ship over the weekend. If you place an order on a Friday AFTER 2:00 PM Eastern time, it is not scheduled to ship until Monday (or next business day) of the following week. If you place it BEFORE 2:00 PM Eastern, the order will be shipped the same-day. If you place an overnight FedEx order on Friday BEFORE 2 PM Eastern time, we may be able to have it delivered to you on Saturday depending on your location. Not all locations offer overnight Saturday delivery, as there is an extra fee associated with this and simply depends on how FedEx operates in your area. Otherwise, any order placed AFTER 2 PM Eastern Time on a Friday will ship Monday (or the following business day if Monday happens to be a federal holiday). FedEx does not always close on federal holidays, but USPS is always closed on any day that the banks are closed.

- As stated above, all wholesale kratom orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail if they are ABOVE $100. Orders under $100 will be shipped via USPS with tracking included, but will be determined based on the weight of the order.

- DO YOU LIVE IN AN ILLEGAL STATE? - Contact your Attorney General for the specific state that you live in, as each state that claims kratom is "banned" needs to hear from its people! Tennessee's Attorney General made a statement saying that kratom in its RAW, PLANT FORM is LEGAL; due to that, we now ship to Tennessee without any issues - we'd love to be able to ship to you next!

On the positive side, our policy is pretty simple: If you receive your wholesale White Maeng-Da kratom powder and it does not meet your expectations, please get in contact with us. A full refund can be provided for the amount of White Maeng-Da kratom that is still tangible. That being said, refunds for all wholesale Kratom orders are based on the amount of powder we receive back from you. Example: Returning the package unopened will allow you to receive a full refund/exchange of your wholesale kratom order. In contrast, returning 50% of the powder will allow you a 50% exchange/refund. An exchange will only happen one time if the bag has been opened. After the first exchange, we refund the remaining. On the other hand, bags that are unopened can be exchanged however many times they want, but you may be responsible for shipping costs.
