Once the batch has been received and broken down, each lot is required to be tested according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Using a core sampler, we remove small amounts from all areas of the bale of powder. This bale is chosen at random. No product can be manufactured until it has cleared the lab.
Our ISO certified lab(s) begin working on the products as soon as they receive them. This is mainly done through a common testing method known as High-performance liquid chromatography, or “HPLC” for short. The right lab will hold your vendor to the correct standard and that is why we only use ISO certified labs.
After we receive the lab records back for your product, it is then moved internally to our “Ready for Manufacturing” (RFM) area of the facility. This signifies that your product has cleared all lab testing and is ready to be manufactured into the beautiful EZK product you are currently holding in your hands.
